  • This module explores the concept of mindfulness and mental flexibility - the ability to adapt to any situation.

    You’ll learn techniques to improve focus, manage thoughts and emotions, and understand the importance of mindfulness in handling pressure, enhancing performance, and maintaining mental well-being.

  • What does “high performance” mean to you?

    You’ll craft your own definition of what high performance means to you personally. This definition will serve as your guiding principle, helping you navigate toward success throughout the rest of the program and beyond into your life.

  • In this modul we will cover what a high performance mindset is and how it influences how you think, talk and act.

    In the second part we will discover your unique character and we will find ways, that you can live more authentically. Also you will learn what character traits are shared by the best performers in the world.

  • This module focuses on defining personal values and setting goals. You will understand which values are important to you, how to set goals effectively, and how to create routines that are aligned with your own values and goals.

New approach in the form of “mentoring”, which differs from traditional sports psychology or mental training.

It involves a long-term collaboration based on building an professional relationship and mutual trust. I will bring in my own experiences from top level volleyball and combine it with the latest trends from High-Performance psychology.

During this collaboration, we will focus on developing a winning character, cultivating an effective mindset, and working on your mental skills. At the same time, we will place emphasis not only on your mental performance but also on your mental well-being.

  • Professional volleyball career:

    • Over 250 matches in the 1. Bundesliga (Germany) and the Champions League

    • Represented Germany in both youth and senior categories

    • • B.Sc. in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Stressmagement (Germany)

      • M.Sc. in Health Psychology and Prevention (Germany)

      • Certification as a Sports Mental Coach in Germany

      • Mindfulness in Sport Levels I and II

    • • Over 5 years of experience as a mental coach

      • Collaboration with more than 120 youth and elite athletes

      • 4 years of partnership with the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee

      • Additional collaborations with the Slovak Volleyball Federation and Allianz

  • Individual collaboration is recommended for youth and professional volleyballer with the greatest ambitions.

    Why the greatest ambitions?

    Because the only thing I can’t influence is the inner drive to achieve great things in your sport. At the peak of performance, it’s the mental aspect that we focus on in our collaboration.

    Since I can only dedicate myself to a limited number of athletes over a year, the opportunity for individual collaboration depends on available capacity.

  • At the beginning, we will have an introductory call where we will explain the entire process and how it works. I will outline all the benefits and what to expect. We will review your sports calendar and adjust our collaboration goals for the upcoming period.

    In the initial months, we will focus on the basics of the concept. We will go through the theory with interactive presentations, discussing high performance, mindset setting, and getting to know your athlete identity better. I will also introduce you to the first mental techniques that you can immediately apply in training and daily life.

    In the following phases, we will focus on training your concentration and attention. We will expand on mental techniques that you can test further in training and competition. Throughout the season, we will fine-tune and adapt to all your individual needs to help you build your mental performance and well-being.

  • The collaboration is set for a minimum of one season or calendar year.

    Since it is a long-term concept, some collaborations have already lasted over 5 years. My goal is to demonstrate that mindset development is a continual process throughout your career, which is why I limit the number of collaborations each year.

  • The core of the mentoring concept is to build a relationship of respect and mutual trust.

    The goal is not to instruct you but to provide guidance and information on how you can improve.

    I draw on my own experiences as a professional athlete and combine them with the latest trends in performance psychology and mental health.

  • Since developing mindset and concentration is similar to developing skills or physical attributes, it is difficult to provide a precise answer to this question. It is especially challenging because we cannot see psychological changes externally. Therefore, your personal perception of changes is the most important factor.

    From experience, however, I can say that the first effects typically occur after 6-8 sessions, as you begin to understand how your mind works and how to influence it. This initial progress is just the beginning of further development and training.

    Throughout the collaboration, we will conduct progress screenings every 2-3 months, allowing you to observe how your perception and handling of pressure situations have changed.

    Especially in the second year/season, the collaboration can become even more productive, as you will have a solid understanding of the basics and concepts. This will allow us to focus more on concentration training, character development, and competitive preparation.

  • In the collaboration, you will receive my unwavering support on your journey to success. I will stand by you and support you in both the good times and, most importantly, during the challenging moments.

    However, don’t expect me to motivate you. Inner motivation is something I cannot influence. We also won’t view critical situations or setbacks in an overly positive light.

    Instead, I want us to focus on finding solutions in every situation and building your ability to adapt, no matter how challenging it may be.

    Throughout our collaboration, I will work to establish mutual trust and ensure that you believe in your ability to handle pressure situations.

  • The collaboration is recommended for a minimum of one year, as it involves building trust and a professional relationship.

    However, you can end the collaboration at any time at the end of the month.​⬤
